Privacy notice

We process contact details, requested equipment information and any photos in order to respond, provide a quote, enter into and follow up an agreement. The legal basis will normally be contract or steps before contract. Webhuset hosts the website and technically processes the submission. The enquiry and any image attachments are then sent to Solbakk Utleie’s email address. Images are not stored as separate files on the website after the submission has been processed. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose or required by statutory documentation obligations, and is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object where applicable, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Do not submit sensitive data or images containing unnecessary personal information.
