Safer work with scaffolding

Solbakk Utleie offers online theory courses supplied by FIDL. Interactive training works on a phone, tablet or computer. The 2–9 metre scaffold course also requires documented, in-person practical training in a workplace.

Online theory + in-person practicePrice to be announced – theory course only

Scaffold course 2–9 metres

For you or your employees who need documented competence to erect, dismantle, alter or inspect scaffolding with the upper deck from 2 to 9 metres. Interactive theory is completed online as a game with a digital compendium; practical training is completed physically in a workplace under a supervisor with documented scaffold competence. The stated price applies only to the online theory course; practical training is not included.

What you will learn

  • The price applies only to the online theory course
  • Practical training is completed and documented separately in a workplace
  • Relevant fall-protection training must be completed before the scaffold training is completed
  • 2–5 metres requires at least 7.5 hours of theory and 7.5 hours of documented supervised practice
  • 5–9 metres requires at least 15 hours of theory and 15 hours of documented supervised practice
  • The online course works on phones, tablets, PCs and Macs

Scaffold user course

An online FIDL theory course for people who use scaffolding as a work platform but do not erect, dismantle or alter it. Interactive exercises and a digital compendium provide the basic knowledge needed for safe use and daily follow-up.
